Don't work out more then 60 mins. Take proper rest. Take proper healthy diet (which is rich in protein) don't sleep more then 8 hrs.

Hey, for muscle growth you should mantain your diet mangement with exercise. 1- increase your calorie intake, but do not take fatty food, take healthy food like" fish, banana, milk, peanut, eggs" but you should not over- eat. 2- take good amount of protien because it is very helpful for muscle growth eat pulses, soyabean, rajma, eggs. 3- eat protien regulary like but take small quantity of food at small interval. 4- take large amount of water. 5- do specific exercise for peticular part of body like dips is very good exercise for triceps muscle. 6- work hard but not for longer time. 7- go for running at least 30-45 min. In a day. 8- crunches is very good exercise for abdominal muscle. 9- use dumbell for biceps muscle it is very good for biceps muscle. 10- one most important thing go for sleep at least 6-7 hr per day.
