You need to learn the" relaxation response" in times of stress and anxiety.
This can be learnt in a step wise process only and with practice you can excel. Start with doing relaxation exercises like yoga and meditation. Also try breathing exercises for 15-20 minutes daily. Once you learn how to relax you will have to learn when to relax too.
If you still find things difficult you might need help with some counselling and medications.
