I feel my left leg is more curved and twisted than my right. Two years back I hit the left knee on the rear of a car and ever since I have been feeling weakness and pain in it. There is a bit of extra bone growth as compared to left knee. What should I do?

in general, most cases of fatigue \weakness may be attributed to three areas: lifestyle factors, medical conditions or psychological problems. A thorough assessment is needed in all three factors to get to the actual cause of weakness. I being a both a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications.
