Hello the question you posted is genuine concern.
Old fillings can sometimes be cracked and have a leakage which goes unnoticed and cud lead to sensitive tooth to occasional pain while biting. At times there cud also be a crack in the offended tooth.
Please pay a visit to your dentist at the earliest. Your dentist wud have a clinical or if needed a check with an xray and wud suggest treatment depending on the severity.
Mr/ Ms. P please don't be worried, but definately its a concern and do not delay to visit your dentist
Just take iopar and see if decay is more below the filing and you have to go fr rct and crown.
