I am overweight and tummy is out alot. My weight is 106 stable from past 3-4 years. please suggest how can I come down.

Hi. If your height is 5.9 and weight 106 then your bmi is about 34 which is called as obese (a step ahead overweight). You need to loose much. Your expected weight is in range of 70-80. With help of properly planned diet, exercise and some medicines can help you a lot. You need to cut of all the fast food and oily, spicy stuffs at once. Obese people are more prone to heart disease and diabetes. You should start the things as early as possible.
