Noticed unpainful red bumps at the back of my tongue. Like big enough to be visible and around 5 in number. Anything serious?

May be it is due to infection. Most of the time this type of eruption resolve it self by time. Avoid spicy, too salty and too sweet food. Drink plenty of water. You may take becosule capsule twice daily.
