Nocturnal emission is common during teen age due sexual excitement. Normal course in every human being as age progresses it will subside usually without medication. By avoiding spicy-sweet food, deviating mind from sex relating thinking or imagination or visuals, evacuating bladder before sleep, reducing the water intake after 8 pm and sleeping in prone position also help certain extent.
