Hi doctor, my upper part of my body chest abdomen stomach hands are slim but im fat on my lower part of my body. Please suggest me good diet and exercise to reduce my fat in lower part. I do not want to be too fit but I want to be normally fit.

Your body type is pear shaped genetically. so the shape can not be changed but yes, when you eat clean and exercise well the fats from all the places in your body will reduce and make you fitter. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi lybrate user, I undrstood your problem. This kind of body built usually will happen due to genetical/heriditary factors. Truely speaking, nobmedicines will help to shapen upper body or lowrr body fat like that.(except surgicsl, but that depends on your harmones, body nature etc, but there may be chances for repeatation of same pattren again&for side effects.) but, in healthy way, you can become fit as you wish by undergoing spcfc exercises, aerobics, in gym under instructions of expert,(tell your requirement, so that they will guide u, yoga, but should be followed regularly.
