Hi, I am 26 years old, Working in a MNC with hectic daily life. I also go to regular gyming and take protein supplements as well from a authentic shop. From the last few months am not sexually active, feels low in sex drive. Not getting regular hard on. Can you suggest me the reasons for that? And what all I can do now is it due to daily office stress or due to supplements supplements or any other medical problem? So I need to take a hormonal testosterone test to know whether my levels levels are in place or not. Please help Thanks.

Non prescription products that are sold under the table in gyms or on net may contain unidentified substances. On research it has been found that some of them contain steroids or testosterone which will have adverse effects on the body. Try to get enough rest for a week or so, and get into aerobic activities in the fresh air. It might be a good idea to get your hormone levels checked, especially thyroid and progesterone.
