In this high temperature try to avoid go outside / get yourself properly covered. Try to carry water bottles with you always. Take more & more liquids like: 10-12 glasses of water, juice, coconut water, lassi, buttermilk etc. In case of dehydration take ors water. Include more juicy fruits & fresh vegetables in your diet.
