I am male, 23 years old. From past 2 weeks, I have itching in upper part of penis, and there are few (4-5) white particles inside foreskin, which I wash with water. As soon as I wash, itching reduces, but doesn't stop permanently. Sometimes, it increases to high extent. Please let me know how to cure it. Any medicine, tube?
