Hello, it sounds more of a muscular imbalance or spasmodic pain, or a facet joint problem which you are having. You need to go for a detailed phsyiotherapeutic evaluation and treatment under a skilled orthopedic physiotherapist. In the mean time you can apply hot pack at your low back for 15 min twice a day and do lumbar rotation exercise on the side which is painful. You may do hamstring stretching for 15 sec with four repetitions. Hope it may help you. About your hand pain you should be more specific. Then it will be easy for me to advice the needful. Thanks.
