Does anyone suffering from major depression and under medication for it avoid eating food high in refined carbohydrates like sugar, white flour, white rice and alcohol?

a patient with depression should never drink alcohol as it worsens depression. you can take regular food but avoid high carbs take only in moderate amounts.u can take white flour and rice.
