I am on a diet which says lose 10 kg in 10 days. It includes 30 mins of moderate exercise. 3boiled eggs +green tea in breakfast. 1apple+3boiled eggs+green tea in lunch. 1 Apple+green tea in evening. 1 cup oats in dinner and green tea at nyttime one hour before bed. Will it work? After how many days will result show?
