Hiiii, I am 22 years old, my belly is fat nd increasing, I do exercises nd yoga every morning for 1 hours nd walk at night after dinner for 30 minutes, but I thinks it seems useless, I want to reduce nd slim my belly as soon as possible, please suggest me what can I do nd never want to take any medicine only by natural way.

hi mam, u can do it naturally, u need to take balanced diet along-with exercise will bring about the change in looks. if u want to walk after dinner then walk slowly, not fast. include foods like green tea, pulses, cinnamon, salad vegetables like cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, onion,etc, sprouts, fruits like watermelon, apple, lemon water, curd etc take plenty of water thank you
