My breast size is decreased since two years. Now they look small in size unlike before they where quit big enough. Please suggest me how can I grow my breast bigger again effectively. I tried push ups since 6 months m doing it bt I hardly see any chang. Let me specify they decreased from down portion of the breast now not even massaging eork in them it has become a problem for me. Please tell how can I grow my breast bigger again?

Massaging, medicines or exercises do not increase the breast size as is normally thought. Breast size and growth depends on the amount of hormones secreted and sensitivity on the breast tissue. The only other option is brava and fat grafting or breast implants.
