Hi I do have problem with my skin and mainly my face it gets oily I am changing month on month many face wash where they are not controlling oil and I am not using any face packs or scrubs what should I do to control oil on my face as well I want a glow on my skin so please suggest me with good tips so that it would be helpful to me.

Hello lybrate User- Oily skin in this age suggest of improper liver functioning which happens due improper food intake and schedule. Try these ayurvedic medicines- 1) Tab Arogyawardhini vati 1 Tab twice daily. 2) Maha manjisthadi kadha 2 tsp twice daily. 3) Khadira rishta 2 tsp twice daily with water. 4) Avoid spicy, sour, salty foods, fast foods, fried foods and non-vegetarian diet. 5) Go to bed before 10 pm and wake up before 6: 30 am and go for running. Your problem will be solved in few weeks.
