I have headache everyday, especially with stiff shoulders. How should I care or exercise.

Hello you should keep your self hydrated by drinking water, coconut water, buttermilk etc you should have a cup of green tea after 20 mins of breakfast and after 20 mins of lunch you should take 1 tsp ajwain with lukewarm glass of water. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. You can keep hot packs on shoulders to relieve stiffness thank you.
