I suffer from muscles weakness problem, lower back pain and cervical pain. Frequently do running. Cardiovascular and yoga exercises. Could you tell me, what diet plan I should follow to recover from all problems?

Dear lybrate-user, go for vitamin d3 test. Weakness of muscles causes pain. Nothing to worry. Heat fermentation twice a day reduces pain. Intake of calcium and vitamins rich food gives strength. Back strengthening excercises and cervical excercises should be done.

Take vitamin content, iron, protein and calcium content food. Take milk with ginger juice and turmeric powder. Take healthy and nutritious diet daily. More green vegetables.
