If I am not getting meal in lunch what are other thing available in the market easily which can be replace roti, can mosambi juice, buttermilk, banana.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You need to have a cereal, protein and fat source. Juices, buttermilk and banana are not an option for lunch. You can always have an usal pav or egg pav or dosa sambar or idli chutney or sandwich or curd rice or zunka bhakri or dal rice. It's not necessary to only have roti, you can have rice, pav, bhakri, poha as well.
