I have desk job so I increase my weight for last two years. I am only 22 years old and my weight is 77. I feel very disappointed. Can you please guide me proper way to maintain the weight?

Avoid eating junk and fast food. Restrict usage of excess oil in food. Use olive oil as a medium for cooking food. Eat more salad before every meal. Take out some time in a day and do skipping for 15-20 minutes daily. Keep your body hydrated by consuming 6-7 litres of water a day.
