I am aged 65 years underwent stent for my coronary block, single vessel. Using all medicines regularly. Playing lawn tennis daily for 2 hours in the morning. Lately I am experiencing mild pain in the chest occasionally. I am working as a professional in a college for 10 hours daily? What should I do to further investigate. My blood reports are normal, including lipid profile.

Dear lybrateuser, -it is good to be active & keep yourself busy as you are but in my opinion you should cut down a little on your tennis time as it may be putting a little strain on your heart as tennis is a hectic game, keep sometime for a walk which will cool you down after the game as well as be beneficial to you -spare sometime in the morning for meditation & deep breathing as they help to reduce stress & keep the mind & body relaxed -consult your cardiologist for further investigations, like tmt test, echocardiography, to asses your cardiac status & prescribe requisite treatment.
