Dear lybrateuser, -have a healthy diet & do exercise to keep yourself fit -your diet should consist of fruits, vegetables, dairy products like eggs, milk, cheese, yoghurt, butter milk, have beans, sprouts, pulses, whole grain products like bread, chapatti, lean meats like fish, chicken, nuts like almond, walnut, peanuts -try to include a variety of foods from those mentioned above -keep yourself well hydrated -take snacks like fresh fruits, nuts in between meals if you feel hungary -do regular exercises in the morning for about half to one hour -alternate between aerobic like jogging, swimming, cycling, & do weight bearing exercises on other days -keep yourself involved in some activity & also some games, all this will keep you healthy & fit.
