Hello sir I'm 24 girl my breast is quite saggy and bit big. I wan to make my breast small and tight. Give me some advice. I'm chubby but not so much fat. Because I've heard that this problem occurs due to fat. Please help me out.

Breast ptosis is the term used for loose breasts. It happens either with ageing as the skin and fibres in body become loose or in very lean patients or with sudden weight loss. Mastopexy is the surgical option for loose breasts; in this the breast becomes firm and also is lifted from sagging. Giving proper shape to breast increases the aesthetic appearance of breasts. Consult a plastic surgeon for that.
