In my stool blood comes in from 2 weeks and feeling tired all the time and whole day and night. My routine gets disturbed. Please help me.

If blood in stool comes only while passing stools and there is no pain then possibility of piles is there. Show to a surgeon who will do an internal check up to know the cause of bleeding. If you are feeling tired all the time then you may be losing a lot of blood. Please get yourself checked fast.
