Sir, problem in my mouth. Before 2 years I started to eat some pan masala with tobacco only 4-6 months. After 6 month I quit this type of tobacco and any other but sir mujhe aaj bhi sabji tikha nahi khaya jata. Chilli thora SA bhi nahi khaya jata hai bina mirchi ka mai sabji khata hu.

It will take sometime for the condition to become normal. Till than completely avoid oilly n spicy foods. Eat more raw vegetables and fruits. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Increase intake of water.
Aap ka gums kharaab ho gaye hai but do not worry use gum paint for 20 days and warm saline rinses.
This is due to tobacco chewing. Quit tobacco chewing. Avoid spicy oily food. Take lots of water n fibrous food. Chew efcoril chewable tabs 3-4 times daily. This'll bring dwn burning sensation.
