Go for a diet plan under a nutritionist. Also do moderate exercise 6 times a week. You should join a gym and do under a trainer.

-cut down your diet by 25%. -work out for 45 minutes and increase it 60 minutes later. -you may join a gym 3 days a week and do yoga (surya namaskar specially) on the other three days and take one day break. -eat protein if you work out. -yoga will keep your body from getting stiff with gym work out. - do cardio exercises more to loose more.
