I have a problem of cervical spondylosis. So, should I lift weight? Although I need sometimes to lift a bucket with two liter of water. Kindly advise.

*Don?t carry any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone and neck. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.
