While we do empathize with you completely, you must embrace and love your body as opposed to be unkind to it owing to its fat stores. Unfortunately, fat is not location specific and thus, can't be'burned' from any one specific area. Did you used to fast for long hours (self dieting) or miss meals? this tends to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs.
