I have a digestive problem. I eat much things but do not get healthy. I have tried many syrups but they didn't prove good for my problem. Please tell what should I do?

Eat only when you are hungry. 2. Eat in a calm and comfortable place. 3. Eat the right quantity. We are all different, with different needs and different stomach size and metabolic speed. Listen to your body and eat only to point when you feel satisfied. 4. Eat warm meals. 5. Eat quality food. 6. Do not eat incompatible food items together. E. G. Milk with lemon, fish and milk etc. 7.
