I am 18 years old male my problem is that I am having too many pimples or acne on my forehead which are very irritative for me in washing face and all so please help me out and please tell me what to eat and what to use on it.

Acne or pimples are very common now a days. It is usually due to stress, unhealthy life style, excessive use of cosmetics, certain drugs, poor sleeping habits, dandruff etc. And the acne scar occur as result of continuous touching, scratching, or squeezing the pimples. Touching, squeezing not only gives you a scar bt also spreads the infection leading to appearance of new pimples. What precautions to be takens- 1. Stop touching or squeezing the pimples. 2. Start using a good oil control face wash if your skin is oily. 3. Wash your face atleast 2-3 times in a day. Washing face hleps in keeping the dust m pollution at bay and will prevent you frm getting new pimples. 4. Start consuming diet rich in protein like sprouts, green leafy vegetables, soy products, milk, chicken, eggs etc. 5. Diet rich in antioxidants and omega3 also helps in preventing acne. So start your day with a cup of green tea. Include fish, broccoli, plenty of seasonal fruits in your diet. 6. Stop using excess of cosmetics. 7. Drink plenty of water, as water hleps in eliminating toxins from the body. 8. Take 1tsp of honey in a bowl and add 1-2 pinch of cinnamon powder, mix it and apply it on your face. Leave it for some time. Once it is dry wash of the face. It will help in controlling acne 9. You can even apply alovera gel on face, let it dry and wash it off. It helps in reducing acne scar. 10. You can even apply egg white on your face and let it dry once it is dry wash it off.
