How to loss weight for just a small morning walk on our park we are very lazy about morning walk so make a solution about me.

I myself am not a morning person. Take out time whenever you can, evening or night is also fine. Your body will adjust accordingly. Just make sure you adjust your diet according to the exercise time. Do not eat any thing 2 hours before exercise. Try to eat light food after work out. Brisk walking will be good.
