Hii I am vegetarian. From past two years my weight is gaining like from 47 to 64.5. Can you pls suggest what should I want to reduce weight up to 54 kg.

If you think your diet is not the reason for weight gain, get a thyroid test done. To loose weight, 1. Watch your diet. Eat healthy vegetables, fruits, boiled/raw or baked. Reduce the portion of your daily meal by 25% and later, by 50%. Drink warm water preferably with lemon, 3-4 times a day, specially in the morning. Don't leave butter and sugar entirely, take in very little quantity. 2. Work out. Do some activity, whatever you like better. Or just start and you will enjoy loosing weight. Join yoga or dance class, or simply go to the gym and run for some time. Only work out is not enough, you need to control diet as well, but do it smartly, as per your body's needs.
