She is 54 yes old. She is used to talk about her past. Some time behave very calm and some time very aggressive. The time of aggressive behavior she never bother about anyone. She start blaming to her husband and daughters. She used to talk alone. please suggest what to do.

She is probably overwhelmed with suppressed emotions. Probably she has been very submissive in her early childhood and adulthood. May be, she could never express her feelings. Now she is not able to bear it any more. Hence she has" displaced" anger - means taking out anger on someone else. You need to check if she has any family history of mental disorders. Please try to talk to her. When she is in good mood ask her what is making her so angry, try to understand her feelings behind the anger. If she is willing, take her to a counsellor/psychologist, who will assess her and can suggest future course of action.
