Dear lybrate user, many factors can be associated for back pin from disc, joints, muscles etc. If there is morning stiffness some rheumatic component can also be present, advise is to get yourself throughly examined by orthopedician or interventional pain specialist for proper diagnosis and then further correct treatment, than taking pain killers for pain.
