I drink soya milk a lot but my friends tell me that it is injurious for kidney and it can cause kidney failure is the soya milk is harmful for kidney.

No it is not. Have more green vegetables and fruits for a healthy life. Soya milk can be had once in a while. But it should be homemade. Market preparations are full of sugar and chemicals which are very very harmful for pancreas and other organs and should not be taken.

It's just a myth. Fact is definitely one can consume soya and soya products for good muscle and loosing weight and to shed those extra fats. Remember anything in excess and overloads turns poisonous therefore, more protein than needed also shows an effect on the kidneys.
