After milk feeding baby's mouth turns black. It will stay back or any solution to remove that. Somebody told that once it's black it will be non removable, it will create panic to us.

Don't worry, it is because of the areola of your breasts. It goes away on its own in 1 to 2 months as the baby will grow up. Don't wipe it with anything, as baby's skin is delicate.
