I have maximum time low morning erection. In morning erection or own erection I have no pain inpenisbut when read sexual story I have erection and that pain in my urethra I think when semen comes I feel burning irritation in urethra. In toilet I feel some heat. My urine culture test is negative but In my normal urine test found some heat (infection). I am taking antibiotics last 1 months but not helpful. What can I do?

Hello. Antibiotics will create more heat in body. Instead take homoepathic treatment for permanent cure.
