What is omad diet? How is it possible to eat one meal a day and stay feeling full for 24 hrs? The highest amount of energy comes from non veg which will only last max 8 to 9 hrs. So in case how this diet is even possible?

Omad diet is one meal a day diet. But it is not possible for everyone to have meal once a day. We need energy for our daily activities and we need to refuel as per our activity level. So it is important to have well balanced meals at different timings of the day as per our routine. And add fiber to each meal. Our plate should be a combination of carbs, proteins, good fats and vitamins in a well balanced way.
