Avoid spicy and oily fatty meals. Avoid open foods from road sided. Drink 8 glass water in day. Eat fiber rich meals. Take lassi, nimbo pani instead of cold drinks. Take whole grain foods. Take tab. Drotin-m sos for pain. Do lft, blood sugar and reply with reports for better advice.
