I am unmarried and I have not been involved in sex so far. But through masturbation, I find that the foreskin of my penis is very tight and does not retract back smoothly. During extreme erections, I feel pain. I would like to seek a treatment other than circumcision. Kindly recommend.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction.
