Me running krta hoo daily 5 km. Jab bhi mai sprint lagaane ki kosis karta hoon to vomits start ho jati hai. Iska koi solution. Or koi aisi cheez jis se mera running stamina bad jaye. Or me jyada time tak sprint lga skooo.

Aap warm up aur stretching exercise par dhyan de aur fast running k liye time lagega without any problems and take tablet pan-d before dinner on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary aur take high protein diet.
