I am facing some back pain problem from last 6 months. Am just 24. Am traveling almost 2 hrs per day. Is any treatment for that. Please help me.

Hi, daily do back and legs muscles stretching and strengthing exercise with the help of physiotherapist and learn all exercise and continue for 3to4 month, with that try to go for walking at least 4km per day this will help you to maintain your posture and keep muscles relax and strong so please try your best to keep fit, hopefully you will be fine take care.
