I went for a bp checkup and the doctor said that my bp is 138/90 he said lifestyle changes and a more active lifestyle should be enough for the same. My age is 20 years old I have a vsd in my heart but my heart doc said that is not an issue anymore. Do give any suggestions or advice pls.
