My thyroid test results is (T3-0.98 T4-7.54 TSH-6.25) I don't take alcohol or any things that is bad for health. My weight is 73 kg and height 176 cms. When I go outside my house I feel nervousness, anxiety and commotion in my stomach. This has become a big problem for me. Because of this I feel embarrassed going outside my home. I only do slow night walk to help me in good digestion. Suggest me exercise and diet. Please help in my thyroid and nervousness problem.

Your tsh is raised. T3 is low. Please get free thyroid harmone levels too. Also you have not mentioned units of values mentioned above. Is there any swelling in neck. Usg thyroid may be done to evaluate thyroid gland architecture. Diet: have plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits to balance the nutrition as nutrition deficiencies exaggerate thyroid symptoms. Your treatment needs further evaluation clinical radiological etc.
