Hi lybrate-user dnt take extra calories, close your diet at around 1500-1600 cal per day. Avoid excessive sugar n oily food. Most important - do exercise daily. N still you find any problem message me. Tk cr.

Hi lybrate user, in your case diet should be low fat, high fiber diet but don't stop the work out/ physical activity. Whenever you stop the physical activity it will regain so try to continue that. If you don't have too much time reduce the time of work out but do not stop it totally. In diet take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruits. Avoid simple sugar / simple carbs. Avoid outside food, fried& deep fried items in diet. Take green tea & like warm water daily. I think it' s sufficient for you because you have already tried these things and seen the result. Now in last I will repeat don't stop the work out. You can do anything thing like skipping, stretching, running, jogging, yoga, exercise whatever you like.
