My creatinine level is 1.3 now. Urea is 32. Is it because of dehydration or any other problem? And mainly these figures show any issues? Thanks.

Quite possible. In summer days if you don't drink enough water, there is a little hemoconcentration which may give such results. If your urine output is normal and there is no other disease like diabetes, hypertension or nephritis then there is no obvious reason. A second check after some time with proper water intake may clarify the real picture.
