I have back pain, but it's always paining. It pains sometimes when I bent jurky. The pain is only at one point at bottom of back bone i. E. At tail of back bone. Doctor suggested me to sit straight and don't fold legs at time on sitting floor. But it pains again sometime. So suggest me permanent solution.
Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
