I am a boy of 17 years my chest is swallowed it looks very awkward and I feel shame to open my shirts I have consulted it with my near by doctor he said do not worry its just because you have broad chest What should I do to get chest because want my body well build.

Hi, this is very common problem and occurs during development due to hormones. There is no medicine for this. It is corrected by surgery only. Do not worry. You can see a cosmetic/plastic surgeon for the correction procedure. This can be corrected with the help of liposuction and gland excision. This is two hour procedure and done under local anesthesia. No need to stay in the hospital.
