I am 27 years old. I was diagnosed with bilateral varicocele. More than 3mm on left and more than 2mm on right. Reflux with or without valsava. Burning sensation on both sides but alternately not together. Haven't done SA. About to marry in 15 days very worked. Very depressed and worried. My urologist asked me to come after marriage 8 to 10 months later. No operation right now. Please suggest me. What the. Seriousness of my varicocele.

In my opinion if you make your wife pregnant than we can treat varicocele symptomatically and after eight months we will first do your semen routine report and if the sperm counts are low than we will treat it surgically.
